Life As We Know It

Well I have been sick with a really bad kidney infection. But I am feeling a little better. My parents have gone into the restaurant business with a friend and we are planning opening up in October 2008. I am going tomorrow to help Mike cut food. Mike owns a restaurant in the stockyards called the Chicken Ranch. It is great food. My mother is going to be the catering coordiator.

My Grandparents are moving to an Assisted Living Center

The week that I was in Atlanta my grandparents stay with my mother at our house and they told my mother they were uncomfortable the whole time. So we are moving them in an assisted living center. Papa is very happy, he has very nice to everyone since hearing this news. We moved this Saturday. My Mimi has been putting things in her dresser because she thinks that we will forget things that she wants. It is making us crazy. But part of life will be put back to normal real soon.

Happy Birthday Katie Grace

Today is Katie Grace's 3rd Birthday and she is getting so big. As most of you know, she has Niemann-Pick Diease. She is the light of my world, and I want to live a long time. I hope and pray that Leah & Thad will seriously think harder about putting Katie on the drug. I have seen the effects that it has on the children and it is doing great. The only side effect is dirarraha and then it goes away. Dillion Papier is doing excellent and he is on it. He is 5 years olds. Blake Donegan is 13 years old and is on it too and he is doing great too. These two remind me of Andrew and it makes me want to fight for these kids more and more every day. You can help me fight this diease by donating your time or money to the foundation. Thanks, talk to you later.

2008 Atlanta Niemann-Pick Diease Conference

We went to Atlanta, GA. Myself, my father, my sister, my niece and my little cousin. We traveled by car from Fort Worth, Texas to Atlanta, GA. We left on July 29, 2008 and traveled to Jackson,MS and spent the night and then we went to the Natural Science Museunm and saw robotic dinosaurs and fishes and different animals. Then we traveled the rest of the way on July 30, 2008 to Atlanta, GA. We arrive to Atlanta at 5:30pm. Then on Thursday we took the kids to the New Coke Fackory Store. It was fun. We took also with us Blake Donegan and Connor Kehoe. Then that night the conference started. Then Friday, for some reason I spent until 1:30pm. Then on Saturday they have a party and it was a blast. I am glad to be home. But I would have like to see more of Atlanta. Maybe one day I can go back.
